Mr. Frees heads the Firm's Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Section, and Co-chairs the Elder Law Solutions section of the Firm. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Frees is Chairman of Success Technologies, has appeared on National Public Radio, and is a frequent speaker in the area of trust and estate planning and administration, charitable giving, and communication and presentation skills.  Mr. Frees was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2010 in Philadelphia Magazine by Super Lawyers©, a Thomson Reuters Company.
