New PAR Form Coming
Tuesday, October 27th, 2009A new Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Standard form Agreement of Sale (PAR Form) is expected to be released later this year. The new agreement of sale is reported to contain reorganized areas for broker information, updated mortgage contingency paragraphs, appraisal contingencies, new formats for inspections, reducing the default time for inspections to 10 days, changes to escrow provisions and mandatory buyer/seller mediation.
