Nancy is known for her ability to analyze and streamline complex issues to achieve appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Notably, she is committed to providing a creative and balanced approach to problem-solving that meets the needs of her clients, and the needs of parties who retain her as a neutral.

In addition, Nancy is dedicated to both active listening and productive communication, which serve as the catalyst to working constructively with disputing parties and their counsel to achieve successful outcomes.
