Denise Werkley has been appointed a member of the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls Make a Difference Luncheon Committee. The Committee helps plan and implement the Fund’s signature fundraising event that takes place each spring and attracts a sold-out crowd of more than 300 business friends, generous individuals, and community leaders. This year’s Make a Difference Luncheon will be held on May 6, 2016 at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Malvern and features speaker T. Morgan Dixon the co-founder of Girl-Trek. The Fund will also honor Moira Mumma with its prestigious Kitchen Table Award.
Denise is a shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Banking and Finance Practice. Her practice regularly consists of advising national and local financial institution and investor clients regarding commercial financing and loan transactions, including drafting of loan documentation with varied collateral, title review, due diligence, closings and loan modifications. Denise’s practice also includes the representation of commercial real estate developers and custom home builders in all aspects of real estate matters including site acquisition, due diligence, title review, borrowing, planned communities, condominiums and homeowners associations.
