Sydney is a member of the Estate and Wealth Preservation section and Elder Law Solutions section of the firm. Her practice is focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, creditor and asset protection, elder law, nursing home and Medicaid planning. These practice areas are a natural fit for Sydney’s collaborative and compassionate approach when assisting clients and families.
Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 2019 and graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2023. While in law school, she gained valuable experience from internships which included work at a special education firm and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Unruh, Turner, Burke & Frees, she worked as an associate attorney representing executors to navigate the estate administration process and working with clients to execute estate plans to accomplish their goals. Sydney enjoys working closely with clients to achieve common goals of tax reduction, probate avoidance, asset protection and family wealth preservation. Sydney’s hard-working, client first attitude is appreciated by everyone who has the opportunity to work with her.
Sydney was raised in Chester County, PA and she is passionate about serving the community she grew up in and resides in today.
