Jeremy Grivensky is a commercial litigation attorney who brings a meticulous approach to complex legal disputes, delivering creative solutions for clients in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jeremy’s attention to overlooked details gives clients a distinct advantage in complex disputes, and his appellate experience enables him to guide cases from inception through trial and appeal with calculated precision.
Before joining Unruh Turner Burke & Frees, Jeremy practiced at a prominent Chester County law firm, concentrating on civil and commercial litigation. Building on that litigation focus, he has earned recognition for excellence in the profession, being named to Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch in both Commercial Litigation and Appellate Practice. Jeremy has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Business Litigation and honored among the region’s Top Lawyers by Main Line Today and the Daily Local News.

Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a Beasley Scholar and an award-winning editor of the Temple Law Review. His academic honors include Federal Judicial Clerkship Honors, the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society, and distinguished performance awards in legal writing and criminal procedure. Before entering private practice, Jeremy gained a behind-the-scenes perspective on judicial decision-making while serving U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Savage of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Judge Dana M. Sabraw of the Southern District of California.
Prior to Jeremy’s legal career, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education from Temple University and taught multiple subjects at two high schools in the Philadelphia School District. He later worked as a substitute science teacher in Northeast Pennsylvania, gaining experience in both urban and rural communities. Jeremy has also served as a youth soccer coach and referee for the Fairmount Soccer Association in Philadelphia and is a proud Eagle Scout.
