Bryan Tuk is a member of the Firm’s Business Practice Group. Bryan advises business owners in many industries on a range of matters from business formation, corporate governance, the acquisition of investment and credit, corporate law issues, banking and commercial lending issues, the sale and acquisition of businesses and commercial properties, as well as business succession planning and business divorces.
Bryan has extensive experience representing community, regional and national banks in commercial loan transactions by negotiating and drafting loan documentation, interbank loan participation agreements, and loan purchase and sales transactions.
In addition, Bryan provides abroad range of legal services to clients involved in the creation, production and management of creative works. Bryan understand the specific needs of artists and business people in the entertainment industry, including copyright law, music publishing and media matters. Bryan has advised authors, visual artists, film production companies, actors, talent agents, media personalities, record labels, recording artists, songwriters, producers, and music industry entrepreneurs.
Bryan is licensed to practice in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association. Bryan was selected by peers for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star, 2010 and 2012, which is an honor extended to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania. Bryan was also named a Select Lawyer in Business/Commercial Law by Lehigh Valley Style magazine in 2014.
Bryan is a voting member of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and the American Society of Composers and Producers (ASCAP).
Bryan writes extensively on copyright law matters and is the author of Tuk’s Copyright Law Report on Substack.
