Robert C. Jefferson, IV’s practice is focused on municipal and government law, as well as land use, land development, and zoning. Drawing on his background as a former Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, Rob brings a disciplined, strategic approach to advocacy that benefits both public and private sector clients. For six years, Rob prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, gaining valuable courtroom experience that now informs his representation before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and other municipal authorities. His time in public service honed his ability to analyze complex issues, present persuasive arguments, and navigate adversarial proceedings with clarity and precision.

Rob’s clients value his practical insight, preparation, and ability to anticipate challenges in matters involving municipal governance and land use regulation. Whether guiding a development proposal through approval processes or advising on compliance and enforcement, Rob’s approach is grounded in thorough legal analysis and clear communication.

Committed to service beyond his legal practice, Rob has participated in community initiatives including mentoring students in the West Chester Area School District and serving on the Board of People’s Light Theatre. He also previously supervised the certified legal internship program at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
