Robert C. Jefferson, IV’s practice is focused on municipal and government law, as well as land use, land development, and zoning. Drawing on his background as a former Assistant District Attorney in Chester County, Rob brings a disciplined, strategic approach to advocacy that benefits both public and private sector clients. For six years, Rob prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, gaining valuable courtroom experience that now informs his representation before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and other municipal authorities. His time in public service honed his ability to analyze complex issues, present persuasive arguments, and navigate adversarial proceedings with clarity and precision.
